In my role with Las Casas Foundation (now The Majestic Empire Foundation), I oversaw and implemented an annual scholarship program and competition, connecting with over 100 students each year through workshops, master classes, auditions and educational events while managing a team of adjudicators and freelance teaching artists, making sure everything ran smoothly and created meaningful experiences. In 2020 and 2021, the program shifted to a virtual format due to the pandemic while still maintaining its commitment to accessibility, engagement and high-quality educational experiences for participants.

In 2015, I led a complete redesign and relaunch of the website, keeping it functional and up-to-date until after my departure. I also produced a 30+ page annual competition program, handling everything from design to printing. As a regional liaison for the National High School Musical Theatre Awards, I helped with nominees’ submissions and acted as their chaperone in New York City.

Beyond these responsibilities, I maintained the Foundation’s membership program, organized cast parties for touring Broadway shows, offered personalized ticketing services, led immersive theatre tours and supported special events to boost patron engagement and visibility for the organization.
